Thank you for choosing 15-Love to begin your tennis aesthetic journey. We are dedicated to providing a premium tactile and shopping experience. 

1. Return Window: We offer a 14-day return window from the date you receive your package (based on courier tracking).
2. Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be brand new, completely unused, unstrung, and in their original premium packaging with all tags, plastic frame wraps, and original overgrips fully intact. Any item showing signs of court use, scratches, pinstripe wear, or customization cannot be accepted for a refund.
3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and ensuring the product is securely packed. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service.
4. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected to confirm its brand-new condition, we will issue a full refund back to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
